findings.mdto document previously unlisted Sentry CLI API endpoints.This PR adds a file detailing relative API endpoints used by Sentry CLI that were not in a provided list. Key findings include download variants for release files and a monitor check-ins endpoint found in integration tests (though the CLI sends these via the DSN envelope endpoint at runtime).
